Office Manager : New York, NY

Seeking an office manager/legal assistant for our busy boutique litigation firm client in Midtown Manhattan. You must be flexible and good team player. The right candidate will be proactive and good at problem solving and self-starting. The office is a calm and friendly environment

Responsibilities include:

  • Accounts Receivable
  • Accounts Payable
  • Bank Deposits and Reconciliations
  • Client Billing
  • Collections
  • Financial Tracking and Reporting
  • General Office Management to include: HR, IT coordination, Equipment Maintenance, Supply Orders, etc.

Requirements:

  • 3-5 years’ of office administration experience in a law firm
  • Intermediate to advanced MS Office skills to include Office, Excel and Outlook
  • Prior law firm experience
  • Attention to detail

  • Exceptional time management skills
  • Leadership acumen
  • Exceptional oral and written communication skills
  • Strong work ethic
