Michael Potters

Michael co-founded Glenmont Group in 2001 as an affiliate office of Management Recruiters International. Michael leveraged his twenty plus years of experience in business development and management, specializing in Information Governance, eDiscovery, Enterprise Content Management and Legal Technology. Michael and his business partner (and wife ) Kate, lead the successful growth of Glenmont Group to become the largest Executive Search firm dedicated to the practice of Professional Services, Legal Technology and Legal IT. He prides himself on his ability to find the right fit for both his clients and his candidates. He is also a Guest Faculty on the subject of Careers in Information Governance at Columbia University and Cardozo Law School in NYC. Outside of work (when not tending to the needs of his 4 children), Michael is an avid musicologist, amateur chef & mixoligist, collector of oddities and a diehard NY Giants fan.
