Michael co-founded Glenmont Group in 2001 as an affiliate office of Management Recruiters International. Michael leveraged his twenty plus years of experience in business development and management, specializing in Information Governance, eDiscovery, Enterprise Content Management and Legal Technology. Noticing an absence of a firm specializing in the recruitment and placement of highly qualified legal technology talent and having personally recruited, hired and trained dozens of technology leaders, Michael set off to create a “best of breed” boutique firm. Michael and his business partner (and wife ) Kate, lead the successful growth of Glenmont Group to become the largest Executive Search firm dedicated to the practice of Professional Services, Legal Technology and Legal IT. He prides himself on his ability to find the right fit for both his clients and his candidates. Having successfully run and built a number of business units, Michael knows very clearly what it takes to drive revenue to a corporation’s bottom line. He is also a Guest Faculty on the subject of Careers in Information Governance at Columbia University and Cardozo Law School in NYC. Kate co-founded the Glenmont Group in 2001. She is responsible for leading the firms’ senior-level professional management searches in Marketing, Business Development, Human Resources, Professional Development, Finance and Firm Administration positions. Her overall management and strategic planning has been instrumental in successfully growing the business to a full-service Executive Search Firm. Kate’s goal is to create a work environment where the team is continually mentored and trained to be the best in their disciplines. With the help of her partner, her plan is to continue to expand the business while preserving the high quality of client satisfaction for years to come. Kate obtained a B.A. in French and a minor in International Business from Siena College as well as a Masters Degree from Montclair State University. Mary Pat Renois
Mary Pat Renois serves as Office Manager at Glenmont Group Inc. She handles the day to day operations, with a focus on accounting and finance. She started her career as a bookkeeper at Hamilton Communications Consultants, Inc., a professional consulting firm. When HCCI was acquired by Kelly Broadcasting Systems, Mary Pat expanded her role to include facilities management. Dana began working in the recruiting industry after finishing George Washington University. She began working as a recruiter and eventually progressed to managing multiple offices for international human capital firms. A seasoned veteran in the industry, Dana considers herself a “generalist’’ at the Glenmont Group, eagerly taking on a variety of openings for the law firm clients she services. Dana is passionate about the business and brings years of knowledge and a sense of humor to the Glenmont Group. Shannon is an Executive Recruiting Director with Glenmont Group. Shannon obtained her Bachelor’s degree in Psychology from Boston University and has worked with the Glenmont Group for the past three years. Her primary focus is on Finance and Marketing roles. In May of 2016, she initiated Glenmont’s Connections for Cancer Program, whereby Glenmont Group donates a portion of every placement fee to the Cancer Research institute, connecting our clients and candidates with the cause. In her spare time, Shannon enjoys yoga, running, concerts, and exploring NYC.
After a successful career providing staffing and legal services to Fortune 500 companies and their outside counsel, Zelda Owens joined Glenmont Group as Director of Attorney Placements. She is called upon by GCs and Executive Management of global companies, organizations and law firms to find the perfect talent to add to their legal teams. She has worked in senior management roles at a number of national and global organizations, placing and working with attorneys in various practice areas, namely in the emerging fields of Privacy, Technology, eDiscovery, Information Management and Governance, and Outsourcing.

Leslie Witalis is originally from CT but has lived in San Francisco since 2013. She graduated with her Bachelor’s Degree from the University of Connecticut in 2010. Leslie has been recruiting in the eDiscovery industry since 2013 and has placed over 80 professionals nationwide. She founded the Bay Area Discovery Networking Group in San Francisco in May 2014 and hosts quarterly networking events for industry professionals. When Leslie is not busy eDiscover-ing she is traveling and teaching yoga.
Lacey is a talented Recuiter who came to Glenmont Group after spending 3 years recruiting in-house for SoulCycle. Prior to that, she worked in Operations at CORE, a prominent firm in NYC. She graduated from the Villanova School of Business with a concentration in Marketing. Lacey and her husband recently moved back to their hometown of Montclair and love spending time with their local families and trying new restaurants as often as firstname.lastname@example.org
