Joe Alonzo - Director of eDiscovery and Computer Forensics
Joe began his recruiting career in 2004 with a prominent UK executive search firm at their US headquarters in NYC. He learned the industry from some of the most seasoned and professional recruiters in the business. He later spent nearly four years with Gromwell IT in NY. Next Joe decided to follow his entrepreneurial spirit and began to work for himself and build a recruiting firm. During this time, he developed a new set of contacts in the legal recruiting field and was asked to head up a new division at Glenmont Group, Inc.
Joe is currently the Director of eDiscovery and Computer Forensics at Glenmont Group, and since early 2009 he has helped dozens of AmLaw firms, eDiscovery companies and computer forensic firms to locate and recruit passive job seekers. He has a unique and intellectual approach to his business, which is what separates him from others in the space.
Joe is married and a proud father of one. He likes anything related to the NY Giants, golf, snow sports and running in mud. He completed the annual Tough Mudder competition and is actively training for similar events.
Adam Weissman- Director of IT & Legal Technology
Adam began his professional career in legal support, client intake, and case management with a NYC based national law firm. He later transitioned into staffing and recruitment. With almost 10 years of experience, Adam has developed a versatile background in sourcing and placing IT, Litigation Support, Sales, Finance and Accounting, H.R., and Administrative professionals across the country.
Adam is a graduate of Muhlenberg College in Allentown, PA, earning his B.A. in Human Resources Administration, and is also an alumni member of the Penn Iota Chapter of Sigma Phi Epsilon fraternity. In an alternate universe, Adam is a lifelong musician, both as a classically- and blues/jazz/improv-trained pianist. He is also an avid fan of professional baseball, football, hockey, basketball and soccer. In his down-time, Adam participates in several competitive leagues for lawn darts, tag and full-contact window shopping.
Dana Fink - Director of Staffing
Dana began working in the staffing industry after finishing George Washington University. She began working in the temporary staffing field and eventually progressed to managing multiple offices for international human capital firms. A seasoned veteran in the industry, Dana considers herself a “generalist’’ at the Glenmont Group, eagerly taking on a variety of openings for the law firm clients she services. Dana is passionate about the business and brings years of knowledge and a sense of humor approach to the Glenmont Group.
Dana is a second generation know it all, a food maven, Giants fan, “Martha” wannabe, and dog lover.
She is married to a great guy and one of the best step mothers on earth.
Susan Beck- Project Coordinator/Director of Marketing
Susan has been with Glenmont Group since May 2011. She has focused on positions within the IT industry, working on positions ranging from Help Desk Analysts to Management roles in law firms and corporations. Susan has a background in technology and computer science and utilizes a strong network of contacts and her experience with hiring, interviewing and technology to pair qualified candidates with top-notch positions.
Susan has spearheaded the Glenmont Group, Inc marketing campaign by managing social media, press releases, the Glenmont Group Blog and more. Before beginning her recruitment career, Susan worked in minor league baseball as the Director of Sales and Operations. Susan received her B.A. in Communications from Muhlenberg College in Allentown, PA.
Adam Malanaphy- Project Coordinator
Adam began his professional career in recruiting shortly after graduating from Montclair State University with a bachelor’s degree in Business with a concentration in Marketing. Due largely to his close association with the senior members of the Glenmont team, Adam quickly learned the best practices and procedures existing within the recruitment industry. Adam’s skills include an expert understanding of Boolean search methodology, a keen eye for identifying talent within the legal industry, and the ability to forge lasting relationships based on both ethical principles and values. Adam’s strengths include identifying and sourcing niche candidates and passive candidates.
Adam is an extrovert who thrives on human interaction. Outside of the work environment he enjoys mountain biking, running, chess, researching new technology, artwork, jazz music, and performing volunteer work for the Valarie Fund.
